Pretty sure it would be something similar to what you said, but my classics would be

>find the yanderehu on top of you straddling your dick
>she says stuff that would fit her character, mostly peevish outburst over you ignoring her
>get milked and aggressively loved for the entire night
>stamina has run out
>sleep with her on top of you
or, if you want something a little bit more extreme
>each time you're with another 2hu get flavor text like "you feel like something's slightly off..." or "it feels like someone is watching you, but when you look around you can't find anyone".

Those are the best I can think of, I may be missing something more. It would be nice if they had flavor text fitting to them, like "Ran pulls you with her tails just as Yukari tried to hold you".
