Kita Reina official graduation statement:

I've been a Team 8 member for three years now.
This year I was able to participate in a lot of local events like the "Noto Matsuri", it was very fulfilling.
However, as Team 8's activities change, I've been thinking that, rather as part of a group, I would like to challenge various other fields as an individual. Rather than just being in the category of an entertainer as an "idol", I'd like to try many different things.
Being Team 8's Ishikawa Prefecture representative has given me lots of opportunities in this period of time to do work in my hometown, but in order to prepare for my next step, I will be graduating from Team 8.
This may be surprising for fans, but I don't want you all to be sad. I want to look forward to graduating from Team 8 to becoming the individual "Kita Reina". I thought a lot about this, so I would like to do my best to meet my fans at my goal. For cheering me on until now, truly, thank you so much.
Also, if it weren't for all of my friends in Team 8, I would not have been able to come to this decision. I will graduate, but please continue to support Team 8.
