For myself, it's the tacit femdom elements. Size establishes an immediate disparity in power and is only one of many ways to go about doing this. Destruction and contrast with familiar civic objects (skyscrapers, etc) are just the instruments to create this tension.

I'm also into farts, scat, piss and odors in general so I'm convinced it's all just a subset of femdom.
