Press [c]haracter and then press [p]ortrait. Go down to the 6th option, Body, and flip to xxx, where xxx corresponds to pcc_body_xxx.bmp in your 'elona > graphics > PCCs' folder. In the offhand chance you meant that you want to make a sprite your PCC, copy the sprite 16 times on a character sheet as seen in the picture.

Shadow step gives around 1/2 EXP of a normal attack and trains Will for about the same amount, I think. Swarm gives less EXP than a normal attack but the more targets you hit, the more EXP you receive. Also, trains Strength upon use.
