Considering her style (mainly anime/games, loads of web radios, very little idol stuff), she was definitely one of the more popular seiyuu around 2010-2015 (Hidamari, Working!, Nyaruko, NNB, etc).

People with actual style don't need that sort of treatment to look good. Sometimes you find old footage of seiyuu who nowadays have pretty much the opposite image of sexy but back then tried appealing more with their visuals since they hadn't established their character.
