I want to learn Japanese
I know a little back from school (most of which I have forgotten) and a little from watching animus.
What is the best way to learn from here?
How long will it take to be able to have a proper conversation with a Japanese person?

You don't have to watch namasensei if all you want to do is read, in fact you shouldn't really watch him in the first place because he's drunk and forgets a lot of things but christ almighty if he doesn't build good work ethic (Or alcoholism) and teach Kana and a little bit of grammar like a hero. Skim through the other videos for words you may not know whatever.
