Is anyone here good at finding how to extract stuff (from a H-game) that appears to be in some container that unrar/7z etc won't handle?

Anyone who can find out how to extract that pack file gets some free cookies, and the spoilers within. And yes I've tried all ".pack extractors" I could find on Google.
