An interesting suggestion, certainly. I'm against directly adding any Linux-specific versions of software to the pack, but adding some links and instructions to the README isn't out of the question. However, I'm personally not a Linux user (sorry, but for me the important point for OS is EROTIC games), so I can't verify the correctness of anything firsthand. I'd also kind of expect anyone who does use Linux as a daily driver to be capable enough with Wine already. But if it's simply mentioning and linking to NP2 Kai and describing how to correctly launch thcrap through Wine, that should be fine? I'd have to trust that it's good general advice and not too specific to your distro or specific configuration, but that's probably okay.
Perhaps you could write a draft README section with all the details you think are necessary? If not, I'll try my best to get everything right.
