sucks the head peg got damaged, but Aikodoll has some fantastic customer service. if you end up sending it back they will probably repair for free(aside from shipping)
i dont have the Volks compatible one and have the Aiko head so maybe my neck-peg is a bit thicker. It feels like it would literally take me wringing her neck to break it.

did you end up with the regular or large opening? i got the large and just finnaly got my lolinco and VA/A in, and they aint got nothing on Aiko. It does loosen a little bit over time, but dont expect too much.
