I bought this starter set of a dryer and warmer, but the USB warmer won't heat up at all. I've left it plugged in for nearly 20 minutes and it hasn't done anything at all.
It should be as simple as just plugging the USB into a phone charger adaptor or my computer and then sticking the stick into the hole, right? What am I doing wrong?
