These newer releases with wasapi are such a pain. Can't hear anything else on the PC while you play, can't use any PC equalizers so everything sounds like shit, can't stream/capture footage without a whole second PC, and on my setup at least my monitors already have less input lag than the arcade ones so there's no real benefit.

Is there a way to get things working like how it did before or is this just a scenario where you can't do anything besides suck it up?
