They know they'll need international audiences but nobody has the skills needed to please them natively, you always rely on honyaku-nikis
Thing is, most people come for the japanese content or are just randoms who are worthless anyways.

I personally would want her to do more core japanese stuff which is never letsplayed in japanese by the usual suspects, just to check it out before I play it. There's lots of JRPG trash out there and I don't have the time to sink <2 hours into every single one and you never get to the fun parts anyways.

Guess the management will want her numbers to rise, she's not treated the best she could be because of her dumb setting and her underdog nature, so she's kinda in a position to need the EOPs...
