She has taken many pictures with her friends while also covering her face. It might be some kind of contractual thing that she can't show her face in these kinds of videos or pictures or she just like to tease her fans. And moa didn't record this dance video her friends did. The video I posted is cropped so you can only see Moa but there is other girls dancing aswell. Maybe Moa didn't want to be a buzzkill and joined them. The most obvious picture of Moa cencored by her friends is this where her face got cencored with a galaxy just before metal galaxy got released
