They are not human, but they are certainly not 'monsters' either.

MGE's definition of a monster is pretty specific yet not. It has nothing to do with their physical form, but their gender and their level of corruption to Demonic Energy.

They are not monsters outside of MGE, and they wouldn't be in either MGE unless they have a connection to the Demon Lord through Demonic Energy.
