I have a hard time still just with the most basic things because there's so many expressions for the same thing or I try to break down sentences in order like English and it doesn't come out right and I get mad because it doesn't break down like an English sentence would.
For example, I was working on translating pic related.

The first bubble is pretty easy and breaks down like an English sentence one for one.

今年は This year (topic) 我が I(subtopic) 夢をdream(object marker, verb is coming for that object)届ける (verb) のじゃ (meaningless flair)

THIS YEAR, I, DELIVER (YOU) A DREAM
(you) is obvious for it only makes sense like that, and the verb comes later in Japanese but earlier to make sense in English. Easy to understand and follow. Now let's look at the next one, the one I actually struggled with.

とか言ってるけど寺を燃やしにいくらしいですわ

So, とか can mean a few different things but, like English, it's pretty obvious which definition it is from context, but it can be very frustrating as a learner to not just get 1 word to 1 definition kind of thing instead of playing mental gymnastics for a half-second on which definition it will end up being by the time I figure out when I finish the rest of the fucking sentence.

As was linked above,　とか言ってるけど is a simplification of its real meaning とか言っている、けれど；note that keredo is just a more polite version of kedo.
(I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS FUCKING MEANS? WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS AT ALL?)

Notice how this bubble makes no fucking sense if it's the second bubble in the page, it's actually the last even though it's on furthest right side.

After Futo says she is delivering her dream, with matches and gunpowder, and Tojiko says Stop that right now!, Seiga's line comes in, bringing the page to a close. Now, what does it say, let's bring it back.

とかいってるけど
Saying such things (however)あらゆる (all, whole) 寺を.
あらゆる寺を（the whole temple (object))
燃やし(to burn;(and we're actually using the "to" in "to burn")) に, now ni comes up, so 寺を燃やし is the entire thing affected by ni and is the place/time/location.

So "to burn" is the place(ni)
いく/らしい/です/わ
to come/ it seems/is/*cute flair*

Ok, we're done, huge sentence, let's put it all together in order with translations while still being in Japanese order, protip: we're going to have to move some things to make it make sense in english, because FUCK YOU

Reconfiguring this shit is the part I hate so much. Too much speculation. Here's what I think it translates to even though I'm pulling words that aren't being used.

From what is being said it seems she is going to burn the whole temple (down).

Did I get it right? Did I do go? Am I retarded? I laid out my thoughts here in this giant rambling post, please fix me.
