But I really want a MGE space setting based around men and their monstergirl wives exploring and settling new planets to populate, with all the challenges that entails. Having lots of kids and working the alien land, dealing with exotic and dangerous flora and fauna as it comes or strange atmospheric phenomena of an unknown planet. Husband and monsterwife against the world.

Basically you're usual MGE setting, but with a big twist. Gives it some conflict without it feeling forced or shoehorned as well.
