It's hard to tell at a glance, but if you look at the shape of the shadows on Dlanor's chest and the way the sides of her clothes bulge out, it's clear she's packing some significant boobage. That or her clothes are just really poofy at the chest. The stakes still look like they have a fuller chest, but if you also take into account the difference in head/body ratio Dlanor gains an advantage.
