With LoLk and Hecatia and HSiFS and Okina, Yukari is becoming increasingly less formidable in the grand scale of things. It's natural when a series becomes older and more and more new characters are introduced that power creep also starts to come into play. Back in the day it was the Yakumos, SDM and Eientei who were considered the most powerful and relevant, while these days Remi and her crew are quite insignificant and minor in influence. Sakuya is the last to hold some actual relevance and she was last playable five years ago.
It's unlikely that Yukari or Eirin will experience a similar decline in importance due to their connections, but they'll likely become more like politicians deriving their power from their positions instead of their personal might like Yuuka.
