Notice that she's not loud all the time and likes to point out the good points of the chuuba she's collabing with.

Both loud and soft Matsuri are part of her personality and it gets lost in translation that she bounces off her audience or who she's collabing with. She's usually the hypeman for her partners and will big up who she's interacting with but won't press a situation that the other party is not comfortable with(usually).

You'll also find that she grinds materials for Hololive members in games and doesn't mind taking a loss.
