There are no general rules as it depend usually of the group policy, YLMLM for example banned/discouraged (at least theorically) physical contact with the members outside of handshakes.
It will also depend at lot of the member in question, some are not very comfortable with pose where you stand "too close" from them and will go for classic peace sign and stuff, other are totally OK for pose like strangling you or being carried on your shoulders, if you dare ask. Guess the most important stuff is to know the member "limit", thus the interest of coming multiple times over a long period in order to be "known" by the girl in question. Being an onna wota may obviously help you a lot to get "good" poses.

Concerning the particular case of Mizuho, she's usually OK with holding hands, being close to you, and a few stupid things such as dancing with you and stuff. She tended to be a bit more "random" (in a good way) in term of behavior during "story time" when was a Bellring member, but the fact that she seems a bit more serious/less childish may be due to my tendency to bring a sort of "nostalgic mood" when I talk with her lately.
I wonder if I would have reached the point of non return in term of attachment to an idol if she had continued with Beruha for a few months/years, but guess than not liking Mamono enough to become a regular attendee at their show sort of saved me from this.
