Taikyoku names in general are a pain to translate, and Muzan's has changed since KKK. Change 明星 to Morning Star, maybe 無慙 to something else since it's pretty hard to actually translate into English. The Remorseless doesn't really do it justice. And I'm too tired to think of another one.
Also no point in reposting my shitty translation for the switch summary since Steiner probably released a better one.
