Not sure if it's as high as 30% and probably just limited to those female-oriented movies with ikemen performers but eroticism and sexual molestation is so ingrainated on Japanese culture that women accepted it as the default and even encourage it in some way. I remember reading some years ago that half of the buyers of AKB48 Haruna Kojima's photobook were female despite it was full of lewd photos
