Those are the only ones I hate. The one in EP1 ruins the mood of the scene and is completely unappropiate. It's a weird attempt to mimic the DEEN Higurashifaces, when the original scene was only a bit unsettling because Maria was smiling smugly despite the horrible circumstances. What the fuck were they thinking with that scary ass CG? It doesn't fit at all and gives you the wrong impression of Maria. It's like they were looking at the horrible DEEN anime when they decided to add that in.

The other one is in EP4 when Maria goes nuclear on Rosa. It's just too exaggerated and cringy. Maria overall is pretty infuriating in the PS3 version because they got all her facial expressions wrong, exaggerated them too much, made her way too cute and removed that autistic expressionless aura that she had in the original. The text describes Maria as a child that doesn't show her emotions on her face because she's a total sperg, but the PS3 art completely ignores that and takes too many liberties with her regular sprites.

Sure, I love her cute alternate outfit and all, but those other issues are still garbage and give you the wrong impression of her character.
