I have a doll with loose and another with normal joints. Loose are great for cuddling or if you want the doll to place on your lap but for sex it's really bad. The head and body is always falling forward or backward. The only comfortable sex position is doggy while you holding the whole body. But my loose doll is only 108cm 14kg, for 162cm loose joints would be a huge pain.

If you ever decide you really want loose joints then at least ask the manufacturer to not loose neck and spine joints.
