Also the lunarians have connections to china as well considering characters like Chang'e and the fact that east asian/chinese architecture is essentially modeled after the lunatic kingdom, which is way older than anything on earth.

What you said isn't true at all for Kaguya's tale, they're very specific about her appearance in all of her art. You also missed the part where i mentioned Touhou Project. She looks like the japs around her and her appearance in toehoe is congruent with the actual art we have of her (except it looks way better). Feel like i need to painfully explain this to you, but basically both Kagus are black haired, fair skinned and look like the people around them and both wear cute dresses.
