You're assuming an awful lot and I can tell you everything you said there is plain wrong. My HQ was ~60 in my first event so I was locked to medium difficulty. People who started playing before me failed to clear E2. I rescued Prinz Eugen. Why? Because I believed in my girls. And I kept believing in them every event.
