Not yet, though you are correct in how South Korea ''reverses'' the isekai by instead of having people here sent there, have elements from there manifest here. Extremely common.
If I were to guess a reason for that: Korea is much more MMO-focused than the likes of Japan and China. Japan is more into RPGs such as Dragon Quest and the like, Korea spawned a lot of MMOs, so this manifests in a setting they can actually show more of those multiple players traits, item trading and interactions. Japanese isekai is used for escapism to go to a world of fantasy you can adventure as pleased, Korean comics throw this world here where there will be competition and you will triumph at the top.
