I think that instead of Reimu merely becoming a collaborator, this is how she enters the HSE on the Winter Solstice. Yukari wants Reimu to watch during the biggest day of the HSE's history. All the seperate factions will execute their plans and try to work around the trapped Reimu. It raises the stakes when the Hakurei powerhouse is trapped instead of her and Okina simply curbstomping the gappy directly. Also creates an opportunity for character drama if any of the bachelorettes come across her while shit's going down.
Or Yukari just does it one day for lulz.

I don't think the HSE alone would force him back to Reimu. Not everyone is a sex-fiend that breaks every bone in Anon's body like Yuuka or Kasen. Yukari is probably reaching Reimu's levels of abuse, but sweeter and kinder girls like Marisa or the Myouren Shrine youkai are probably better than Reimu, who still used to violently rape Anon even without mind-altering incense. Not to mention that Anon is talking to a variety of his former friends outside of Reimu, which should give him some degree of perspective.
If Anon does make it out alive, everyone's still in the Anonbowl by virtue of not being an abusive wife by default. Ran and Chen are just going to be farther along in the running due to the shikigami being close to him during his imprisonment and not having committed prior rapes... yet.
I think the HSE will teach Anon that Reimu's relationship with him was definitely unhealthy and that both sex and marital life can be happier with another woman! Anon's rehabilitation is the best thing to happen to him since he got married to that little girl in the first place!
