Body pillows sold at U.S. chain stores are all too small, even for 150cm cases, much less 160cm. (Too skinny, too.) They're also too light (low stuffing density) so they don't have any heft to them.

You can tell when you see people post photos of their pillows here.
The ones where the cases are loose and floppy, they bought mass-produced pillows from some local store.
The ones that are nicely stretched smooth, they either imported the pillow body from Japan or they got it custom-made.

"not healthy" is a phrase people use when they think something is weird but can't come up with any real reasons there's anything wrong with it.

Anyway, nobody thinks their pillows are alive.
The pillows are just representations.
