Apparently OP is trying to force a meme from an existing meme that stats "Shiki can kill servants".
The joke is Servants are mythological beings that can't be killed (see google servants and FSN for full description). And shiki (a several characters bear that name from the nasu universe, gain wiki or google) can kill them. That stems from a doujin and the statement "Shiki can kill servants" have incited shit storms in the past. SO OP is applying them to Battler.
