Like the Anon above said, Yachie is pretty important to WBaWC and she's very well defined. Soft spoken but manipulative and rougher than she speaks. Her role in the bad ending solidifies her as a threat.
Toutetsu (I will always call her that out of habit from the wait time where we only knew her as that) has a very distinct design, a fun power and an interesting dichotomy in how she would rather avoid conflict despite having a broken ability. Unusual pairing with Flandre & Okina also might give people more ideas.
Saki isn't bad, she's pretty cool, but she's a victim of the genre she's in. She's begging to be put in a fighting game spinoff for everyone to see all of her glory. One spellcard where she's chasing you with her kicks simply isn't enough.
