you could check the kig map and see if there's any kigs near you. Whilst the average kig online will just ignore you, ones nearby tend to be more receptive if they know you're interested in getting into kig, although be a bit weary if you're not into fetish stuff, there's a few kigs that like to force their fetishes on people.

If you're not weird about it you could also try and talk to kigs either here or twitter. If you actually make an effort to start a conversation it's not unlikely you'll get at least one, and if you become a kig and can travel then plenty of people will be happy to do meetups either at cons or at hotels/homes/parks/etc.
