20 new cards a day, from mining only. I used to write about half an a4 page's worth of kanji scribbles and furigana at the same time, in those days it would take me just over an hour. Nowadays though I'm generally keen to get my reps over with and start reading, so I only write down things that need special attention like maybe a particularly generic looking kanji or one of the longer kunyomi readings. In this way I tend to take about 45 minutes.
