Well if you mean fantasy stuff takes place in modern time just like Fate and Tsukihime does, I would recommend Umineko. It's a mystery VN that mixes between reality and fantasy pretty well. The good stuff takes really long time to get there, but it's really worth it because later on, it gets REALLY good and feels like a Fate spinoff. While it has no gameplay, the mysteries requires a ton of thinking and theorizing. Just letting you know the creator did take inspiration from Tsukihime for the series, and Touhou as well, in fact, it has Touhou-tier soundtrack.
