Temperature does not matter as long as the components stay at a reasonable temperature. People in warmer climates may have more trouble keeping temperature under control. Most susceptible to damage are the GPU and the CPU. If the CPU gets to hot, your computer will immediately halt (emergency shutoff) and you will know. Damage to the GPU due to high temperatures can do damage in the shadows over time without you realizing it and then suddenly you will have artifacting, which means it is too late. Download a program called "speedfan" and it will report to you the temperatures of various components.

As for the moisture: as dry as possible.
