Primary default is obviously going to be to cater to their summoner/husband's fetishes. After that, it's probably free game. They're magic and can most likely change parts of their appearance at will, so it would be a matter of taste. The only constants I would guess are the black sclera, yellow eyes, some shade of blue skin. Not to say that genetics can't play some role in their looks. I'd imagine the looks of their horns, wings, and tail vary by ancestry, changing the shape, thickness, color, type, etc. And then there's the tattoos. I like to imagine that each demon house has their own special rune pattern they use for pleasure tattoos, with each generation adding to it. Kind of like a very lewd family tapestry.
