Now see, I have no interest in completing my given mission. I have a mission of my own. I put all my points into stamina. When I start out, I sell all my gear, so that I've got nothing but underwear on. I use all the money to buy healing and stamina potions. Then I sprint to the legendary leveled desert in the corner of the map. Then I get immediately KO'ed by one of the great beasts that lurk below. Then my own personal mission has been completed. Fuck the main storyline. Potions are just there to bypass that trash along the way.
