Can someone please spoonfeed me on where to download radio show rips?

So far I have been using youtube and just saving the audio but today I noticed, after searching for the latest episode, that there is practically a dozen random uploaders that put it on their channel, each with the same length.

So they must have some place they get their file. I don't think they rip and reupload, that's be too nonsical. I tried googling but my NIHONGO is not that JOUZU.
