This isn't a bad setup. They've all been wanting to move out to their own places for different reasons. Kanata out of her inferno closet house, Coco away from her parents, etc.

They're neighbors now and can collab with one another very easily. The rooms are spacious enough that they already have ideas to turn certain spaces to soundproof studios and vr rooms. Anemachi doesn't lose her sister and food provider. I think they made the right choice.
