I've decided I'm going to cook a flan, and some kind of black forest cake for valentines day. Gonna post it in the v/a/lentines day thread as well. I've never baked before, but I've decided to learn for her! I think this is a worthy cause. Got roughly what, 3 weeks to learn how to put a cake together?

I've been pretty disappointed in myself recently, haven't really been doing much, but I should absolutely be doing better for the girl I love so much. So, baking it is.
