I'm going to make some assumptions for this which I will mention in the post.

Alright, logistics first.
The human village has two different fighting forces, a professional, trained fighting force recruited from the village (designated H2) and a less experienced force of levied plebs from the surrounding farmland (designated H1).
The P'Orcs are divided in five forced of different sizes (designated P1-P5).
We can assume that the larger the force the slower it will be able to move, not counting special racial bonuses.

In our first turn we send diplomatic envoys to the dragon and elven kingdoms asking for their help in exchange of the resource they appreciate the most: Husbandos. During this turn our new allies are preparing the convenience weddings and their armies, so they don't move this turn.
We position H1 in a defensive position and use H2 to flank P2 while they attack our defensive line. P'Orcs keep advancing.

Second turn and our forces move to take on the incoming P'Orc hordes. H1 moves faster than normal through the village's roads to intercept a smaller force of P'Orcs head-on. P'Orcs are not bad fighters but their are bad strategists and their true strength relies on numbers. They are defeated by the plebs and rout, but our forces still suffer moderate casualties and the surrounding farmland is in ruins.
P2 retreats and regroups with P3, increasing their total size, and is ready to attack the village, but neither them nor P4 can imagine the our allies have their forces ready and are preparing an ambush from the edge of the woods which they can transverse with ease (Dragons can overfly them and elves know how to transverse them easily).
