Eirin is smarter than Yukari you say! Ran has been described as someone that can solve (unsolvable) complex equations in milliseconds, yet in Ran's own words she said she could NOT understand Yukari's equations. Also, I don't know if you've read SSiB but that confrontation between Yukari and the moonbitch was a part of Yukari's plan. I'll say one more thing. The reason why we don't mention the moonbitches in our powerlevel battles is because we're usually arguing about who's the strongest breed/species of youkai in Gensokyo. As in if I was to have a baby with one who's baby would be the strongest (with no "one hit kill all spells" included). The moonbitches have only shown that they're good at using other people's powers such as the power of their summons and the power of their moontech. (Even if you gave a weak fairy like Cirno a "one hit kill all" summon magic, she'd still be an inferior species of youkai.)
