It could be, but even with that, it would be random stream rollout, too. Looking at someone like Ame, sometimes she has light spike patterns, sometimes only bump patterns, and then every once in a while, you see shit like this and wonder why the fuck Youtube decided to plant a fucking forest in her stream.
I'm not even positive the spike patterns come in at the same intervals for every stream; it seems to be that each stream has a separate spike pattern interval.
