This person has footage of various of the demo versions of PCB, and it seems that 0.08e is when Manipulate Puppet appeared last before it was cut (it's gone in the 0.09 video).

Sadly, there's no footage of every single version and there aren't any download links at all. A real shame since I looked around a bit and it's almost like these versions of the PCB trial never existed for all I could find about them (though I'm no ace at finding japanese game demos from over 10 years ago, maybe someone else will have better luck).
