Guys I'm going to do student exchange in Kyoto Starting in October. How do I go about mining sentences I hear people say around me? Does anyone have experience recording people without their knowledge for mining purposes?
Also I heard that Japanese people talk with you out of the blue to practice their English. How do I avoid that as much as possible to maintain ajaat? Do you think those face masks would help?
