Definitely, aftercare is great. I love the idea of treating a girl's injuries and making her feel better, hence my weakness for zombies and and scarred girls. At the same time though I get really worked up when I see a woman in any kind of pain.

It's extreme to the point where I can't enjoy porn or doujins unless the woman is very clearly happy and/or in love with the guy. I guess it's kinda like how some people can't stand to see anything bad happen to dogs in movies. It just pulls on something.
