The problem with Tsukihime, be it scenario or art is not being "bad" or whatever word.
It is the lack of content.
There are lot of things that are underdeveloped and thus in an unfinished like state.
The remake, as explained by Takeuchi and Nasu on that typemoon ace, will bring LOTS of details to the point of making Tsukihime comparable to an exploration mystery game.
I don't about the art being better, because usually this is a matter of taste, however, we will for sure have:
>more expression sprites
>probably different clothing for different scenes
And whatever you complain, that's very enriching in many many ways.
