Embracing his post-Melty Blood characterization as a relatively funny and overly dramatic character for Arc route and going all in by fleshing out the quiet scholar original Roa that we never got to see in Ciel True. Combine the two and make him slightly more affectionate towards Shiki and Ciel and you end up with an erudite dickhead with a dry sense of humor who just lost his way to kissless autism and the passage of time, with the aspects influenced by SHIKI's vessel being clearly more defined
