I recommend Kubifuri's Genso Meteor and Jakuniku-kyoshoku. Both highly regarded on niconico and have a sort of cult following.

Jakuniku part 2, subbed (by me)
Its theme has some overlap with Osana Reimu I think, but the series is much bigger in scale, and dives deeper into gensokyo politics and nature of youkai-human relationship.
Expect my subs to be of ESL quality though, lol

I think it might be better to start with Part 2, seeing how view count on my subbed versions dropped right after ep1 (could be a fault on my bad subs, but I think it has more to do with weirdly low resolution of ep1 and stiffer animations & crunchier audio of earlier episodes.

Genso Meteor is/feels heavier on Gensokyo politics. Got tight writing, nice twist etc. Climax is fantastic (which is true of Jakuniku as well). I'm thinking of translating the first few episodes sometime soon as a series teaser, as it's probably a better introduction to Kubifuri's world for people than older Jakuniku.

Koishi's Heart Throbbing Adventure (こいしのドキドキ大冒険) is another long series I would recommend. It's unfinished, and the series as a whole isn't as high on my list as Kubifuri's long stories or Osana Reimu though, I still enjoyed it especially in the earlier eps.

Not sure which version of subs is the best, if there are multiple of them.
