That's the thing. I don't know what your definition of what run of the mill is, but I'd say Sayaka Isoyama is pretty much your run of the mill Japanese OL. Yet, I rarely see any JAV actress match this beauty. Aside from a few, occasional examples, such as Yua Mikami.

There's a huge difference in my opinion. It's much easier to find a pretty and gorgeous woman not working in JAV, whereas in JAV you have to look for specific top of the crop actresses. In fact, if you go out on the streets in Tokyo you will find that a lot of women are pretty, and on average the prettier women will be better than the JAV actresses. As I mentioned above, the average pretty OL gives most JAV actresses a run for their money.
